The Korean National Football Team betting fans are always excited to watch and see the matches of the team. They are, after all, performing well. And since they were trained by their new head coach Paulo Bento, they have been winning in a lot of their friendlies with other countries.
National Football Team Friendlies
Their most recent friendlies were played at home. This was, of course, much to the delight of football fans everywhere. In fact, ticket sales went fully sold out in minutes, and the players are enjoying the popularity similar to that of celebrities in Korea. Their friendlies were mostly against Latin American Countries, where South Korea shined and won.
Despite not having a formal lineup, and having some changes with the player roster, the team has been performing consistently well. Their latest trip, will be to Australia, for a series of friendlies. They will play two friendlies against Australia, and another friendly against Uzbekistan.
These will mark the last friendlies South Korea will have for this year. It will also be the last before the AFC Asian Cup 2019 begins in January 2019. The Asian Cup will be held in the UAE. This will be a very important tournament, since coach Bento has said before that his goal is to bring South Korea a victory in the said tournament.
The AFC Cup is a long shot for Korea, as they haven’t won one since 1960. Fans are hoping that the team’s current streak (no losses – wins and draws only) will carry on to the AFC Asian Cup. And with such a great team, there is a lot of confidence that South Korea, if not win, will place high in the tournament. Those who bet on football should start preparing for January.
