The Gambling Control Act combines Singapore’s law on gambling under a single measure. Also, it would implement a risk-calibrated approach to developing gambling regulation. The GC Act allows the new gambling regulator to issue licenses for gambling services, including lottery, sports betting, and gaming machine rooms.
