The need to upgrade its management system is because Paradise City wants to both increase efficiency and profitability. At the moment, the hotel casino resort employs 2,600 people in its resort, casino sports arenas and theme park. This has led for the need for a more complex inventory and management system.

According to sports news sources, the InvoTech’s Uniform System will help them improve by establishing a perpetual uniform inventory. By using this system, Paradise City will be able to have a perpetual uniform inventory. Thus, they will be able to save money by eliminating losses, reduce purchase and lower they laundry and labor cost.
Furthermore, the InvoTech Uniform Management System is able to quickly generate reports to audit their expenses. In addition, the system will enable the capture of electronic signatures which will eliminate the need to print reports.
According to Oswald Lares, the Director of Sales and Marketing at InvoTech Systems the software is “maintains an accurate inventory”. Thus, this will enable Paradise City the ability to maintain optimum inventory levels. Furthermore, it can “forecast the need for purchases in the event that a uniform fails to return from the laundry”.
By integrating this new system and their sports betting software for their gambling operation, Paradise City can become more profitable.
